Your AI team, assembled.

Build a small team of AI agents on a visual canvas, give each one exactly the tools it needs, and let them handle real work: email, research, writing, reports and daily briefings.

  • Nothing is sent without your approval
  • Agents only see the files you pick
  • Built for non-technical teams
Illustration: you ask the team to prepare a proposal. The Manager agent splits the work between a Researcher that reads the client email and your approved pricing files, and a Writer that prepares a report and an email draft. The Writer can read the Researcher's history, one-way. The reply waits for your approval.
What it is

One workspace. A team of agents that each do one job well.

azembly is a visual workspace for AI agents. You arrange your team on a canvas, decide who hands work to whom, and give every agent exactly the access it needs. Then you hand them real work.

The usual way

One chatbot, a dozen tabs

  • One assistant that can reach everything, or nothing
  • Copy-paste context between tabs and tools
  • Explain the same task again every week
  • Hope it doesn't send the wrong thing
With azembly

A team with clear jobs

  • Each agent has a role and only the tools it needs
  • Access is granted per action and per file
  • Ready-made workflows run on a schedule
  • Email drafts wait for your approval

Start with a team that already knows its roles

Tell azembly what your day looks like and it can generate a starter team for you.

  • ManagerConnects the dots. Keeps your team on track.
  • ResearcherFinds the facts behind your next big idea.
  • WriterTurns your ideas into words that work.
  • MarketingShapes stories that reach the right people.
  • FinanceMakes sense of numbers and decisions.
How it works

From blank canvas to finished work in four moves.

No code and no prompt engineering. You set up the team the way you would brief real people.

  1. Team canvas

    Step 1: Build your team

Drag agents onto the canvas. Start with a Manager, a Researcher and a Writer, or let azembly suggest a starter team from how you work.

  2. Per-action permissions

Step 2: Give each agent its tools

Drop a tool onto an agent, then choose exactly which actions it may take and which files it may touch. Agents only use tools whose accounts you have connected.

  3. Delegation + history access

Step 3: Connect who works with whom

Draw a line from the Manager to an agent and the Manager may hand it tasks. Reading another agent’s history is a separate, one-way grant. Roles never grant permissions.

  4. Chats + workflows

Step 4: Run tasks and workflows

Chat with one agent or the whole team, or run ordered workflows, including ready-made ones on a schedule. The output lands in tasks, notes, documents and projects.

How it helps

Hand off the work that eats your week.

Email, research, writing, reports, content planning and daily briefings. Pick your role and see what your team takes on.

Start each day knowing what needs you.

The Daily briefing workflow brings today’s calendar, unread email and the tasks waiting on you into one place. Client proposals get drafted from the request and your own pricing files.

Example

A client proposal, start to finish, without you copy-pasting.

Give one agent Gmail reader, Google Drive with your approved pricing files, and Reports. Add Gmail drafting so it prepares the reply. You approve before anything goes out.

Your agents can only do what you allow.

Access is granted per agent, per action and per file, and checked on the server every time. You stay the one who presses send.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You build your team by dragging agents onto a canvas and choosing tools from a list. During onboarding, azembly asks about your role and daily work and can generate a starter team for you.

Can an agent send email on its own?

No. Agents with Gmail prepare drafts, and nothing is sent until you approve it. Reading email is a separate, read-only permission.

What can agents see in my Google account?

Only what you grant. Google Drive access covers the files you pick, not your whole Drive. Permissions are enforced on the server, and agents cannot change their own access.

Which AI models does it use?

You connect an AI provider, and you can choose the provider for each agent.

Can workflows run without me?

Yes. Workflows are ordered steps across your agents, and ready-made ones like Categorize emails can run on a schedule.

What happens in the free consultation?

We look at the work you want off your plate, sketch the agents and tools that fit, and walk you through how it would run in azembly. There is no commitment, and slots are limited each month.
